The hotel's central location next to the river made exploring very easy (I really appreciated this). Everything worth seeing was within walking distance. The rooms were well cleaned and comfortable. The staff members were helpful and friendly.

The location is superb. It is near the central station, Ludwig museum, and cathedral, just a short walk. The staff members were friendly (i really appreciated this).

The dark carpet in the room seemed quite old.

The location was great, right on the riverbank (I could see the boats). The staff was friendly, helping me check in early. My room was clean and the housekeeping staff did a nice job. I found the hotel restaurant food good, especially the apple cake with cream.
